A home watch service provides a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of your home.  The service involves regular inspections and maintenance of your home while you are away.  During the inspections, the home watch service checks for any signs of damage, maintenance issues, or security concerns. This includes checking for water leaks, electrical issues, plumbing problems, break ins, pest, mold, and storm damage.  We provide a detailed report, including pictures, checking all of these areas of concerns.   If an issue is discovered, the homeowner will be contacted immediately.  

Yes, Don't Worry Be Happy Home Watch LLC can provide access to the property and remain onsite for an hourly rate.  We ask for 48-hour notification to schedule.  

An alarm company only monitors entry into your home or fire alarms. Our service looks at other potential problems that could occur such as, water leaks, mold, pests, and AC issues. 

We do not provide maintenance service.  However, we can refer you to license contactors or vendors and oversee the repairs. 

Yes, Don't Worry Be Happy Home Watch LLC provides pre and post storm service.  For an hourly rate we can prepare you home for an oncoming storm and assess any damages after the storm.  

Yes, Don't Worry Be Happy Home Watch LLC can coordinate access to your home for any situation at an hourly rate.
