REPORTING

• Provide a geo tracking date stamped report before leaving the premises.
• We can create a custom inspection report, tailored to your needs.

EXTERIOR

• Perform a 360 degree walk of property.
• Check the house, roof, gutters / soffit for damage. 
• Check all windows and doors looking for damage or tampering.
• Remove packages, newspapers, junk mail and leaflets.  Forward important mail and or packages.
• Ensure the AC line is dripping water. 
• Check main water line valve and spigots for leaks.  Turn spigots on and off. 
• Check that the dryer vent is cleared. 
• Check the sprinkler system coverage and timer.
• Check the landscaping service duties as requested by owner.
• Check the pool service duties as requested by owner. 

INTERIOR

• Check that the AC is running properly, and the thermostat is set as requested by owner. 
• Check all windows and doors for leaks or tampering.
• Check for rodent or insect activity.
• Visually check for mold or mildew.
• Note that the smoke detectors are not beeping.
• Check curtains, blinds and shutters for damage and are they open or closed as requested by owner.

KITCHEN

• Check under the kitchen counter for leaks.
• Ensure that the kitchen sink runs and drains properly.
• Ensure the garbage disposal is running properly.
• Check the refrigerator and freezer for proper cooling.

BATHROOMS

• Check for leaks under the bathroom counter.
• Ensure that the water runs and drains properly in the bathroom sinks, showers and tub.
• Ensure that toilet flushes properly, without running constantly. Check for leaks around the toilet.

UTILITY ROOM / GARAGE

• Check for water leaks around doors and windows.
• Check for water leaks around the hot water heater and washing machine.
• Ensure that the water runs and drains properly in the utility sink.
